Advantages of non-woven fabrics

1. Lightweight: Non woven fabrics are mainly produced using polypropylene resin as the main raw material, with a specific gravity of only 0.9, which is only three-fifths that of cotton. They have fluffiness and a good hand feel.

2. Soft: Made of fine fibers, it is formed by lightweight hot melt bonding. The finished product has moderate softness and strong comfort.

3. Water drainage and breathability: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, have zero moisture content, and the finished product has good water drainage performance. Non woven fabrics are mainly composed of 100% fibers, with pores that make them breathable, easy to keep the surface dry, and easy to wash.

4. Non toxic and non irritating: The product is produced using FDA compliant food grade raw materials, which do not contain other chemical components and have stable performance. It is non-toxic, odorless, and does not irritate the skin.

5. Antibacterial and anti chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemically inert substance that not only does not cause insect infestation, but also isolates bacteria and insect attacks present in the liquid. Make the non-woven fabric antibacterial, alkali corrosive, and not affect the strength of the finished product due to erosion.

6. Antibacterial properties. The finished product has a certain degree of water resistance, is not moldy, and can be isolated from the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid, without mold decay.

7. Good physical properties. Non woven fabric is made by directly laying polypropylene fibers into a mesh and thermal bonding, with better strength than general short fiber products. The strength is non directional and similar in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

8. Most of the raw materials used for non-woven fabrics in environmental protection are chemically unstable polypropylene, which can easily break molecular chains. Therefore, non-woven fabrics can be effectively degraded within 90 days, and the pollution level of discarded non-woven fabrics to the environment is only 10% of that of plastic bags.
